Home Buyer Guide
- Prequalify for a loan.
We are happy to report all 81 Bella Riviera workforce housing homes have been sold to employees. If you are a full time employee and would like to get your name onto the waitlist to purchase a home, then you will need to provide us with a pre-qualification letter that is no older than 30 days. Please be aware to own a Bella Riviera home you are not eligible at any point to own any other real property. **Please review the Bella Riviera Professional Housing Waitlist Policy & the VRE Professional Housing Sale Purchase Process.** You will need to meet with a lender of your choice to pre-qualify for a home loan.
Cottage Health is a member of the Coastal Housing Partnership, a non-profit network of service providers who offer home-buying resources and savings to our employees. They can assist with resources for finding a lender for your Bella Riviera pre-qualification letter, seminars on the home buying process and refinancing a mortgage.
